This album was recorded 10 years ago on an 8-track machine in a small room at my parents' house. The year this album was recorded was also the year I got married and graduated from college. Listening back on the songs all these years later brings back the sense of hopeful unsteadiness I felt then. This is the sound of kids figuring out how to live adult lives. --RM
